Hi there,
reall need some help. Have three credit cards and want to try and do a 0% balance transfer. I have MBNA with approx £6700 on and HSBC with around £7000. and Lloyds Tsb £700. Applied to Barclaycard approx 6 months ago and was turned down. tried for tesco yesterday and turned down again. I have made sure all my payments have been on time and paying above the minimum amounts. Am waiting on experian report to check my credit rating.
I also paid off a loan early at the beginning of the year of around £4500. help!

It might just be that your level of debt compare to your income is too high for most lenders and you would be considered as a high risk....

That's a lot of debt, as said above, your debt to income ratio is probably too high.
