Hi,
New here with a quick question.
I ordered an item of jewellery for my girlfriend at the local jewellers. I paid for it upfront with my credit card and am due to pick it up on Wednesday, however I can't find my receipt anywhere. have turned the house upside down but to no avail. If I take the credit card plus proof of I.D would that be enough proof considering I did give my name and address to them when I made payment?

As long as you have the card you paid with, proof of ID and it will help to know the date you paid for it you should be fine. Good luck with popping the question.0
