Mouse hover time

Hadn't a clue how to title this so apologies if it doesn't make sense!

You know how you can make the mouse hover over the title of a thread and you can see the start of the first post to get a rough idea of what it's about? Is there any way you can increase the time it keeps the info on the screen? If it's a wordy post I never get to the end of it before it disappears!

(And don't say 'read quicker' :rotfl:)

Don't read aloud when you hover it makes reading quicker :D

Just kidding, which browser do you use IE ? on IE mines about seconds (few) but firefox it seems lots longer, but I can't remember if I did anything to it I have used it for ages. I also use the Cooliris add on for Firefox (which I seem to think works to for IE too) That allows to view what you hover over in a pop-up .

Pretty sure this has come up before, I think Opera won that time.

I think Firefox implemented the "no tooltip timeout" setting setting by default a few versions ago... Anyway, my installation of Firefox doesn't make the tooltips disappear any more (and I don't have that add-on installed).
