Couldn't get the £20 off to work so called customer services and they said to call them back when wine is delivered and they'll refund the £20. Excellent.

Is this restricted to Tesco stores that do Home Delivery? I live in an area not covered by Home Delivery and wonder if there is another way to order. Couldn't seem to find an answer on the Tesco site.

Not sure if this will help- but the delivery date seemed to be significant. I couldn't use the £20 off code when I first tried it- no reason given. When I cleared and tried again it told me my delivery date was too late for this code- so changed it to the earliest and it was ok.

Had a codes problem myself yesterday! Didn't think I could get delivery by the 12th (when the cash discounts expire), so used the 1000 points code. Then found we'd be here for delivery on the 12th after all. But it would not then let me remove the 1000 points code so I could use the £20 off!

Phoned the 'helpline' but they weren't any - help that is! All he could do was make a note for when the charge is processed, after despatch, and tell me to call again then and get the £20 discount processed! Weird!

Think I might get the £20 off AND the 1000 points?????
