Rejected by Santander......Barclays Accepted!!

Needed to move some debt (3k) to an interest free card(15 months).

Rejected in no uncertain times by Santander....but welcomed wholeheartedly by Barclaycard Gold.

Have my mortgage with Santander and 30K equity in home.Whats the problem??

Also ...whats to stop me moving it again in 15 months....If I haven't cleared it??

You don't fit their customer profile?

    and...

Nothing, assuming you can get another card with a balance transfer deal. Not guaranteed, and don't bank on it.

Sounds like your equifax credit file is better than your experian credit file.
  • Theres two???

Lst time I looked my Experian Score was 961 (two weeks ago).
  • The score is a random number generated to please. It doesn't mean anything.

Yeah well take no notice of experian's credit score mate, they can give you any random number they want because they ain't the one's lending you money.

Santander would of checked experian for you application and barclaycard would of checked equifax.

    There's three, 'Callcredit' too.
If you think of it as 'us' verses 'them', then it's probably your side that are the villains.
