Hi ,
I used Quidco for the first time at the weekend.
I bought AA breakdown cover for £121 , opting to pay in monthly instalments.
As I am spending over £99 , I should get £50 cashback , but the site shows my account as being credited with £21 ( the minimum cashback amount ), as my first payment is £11.
Have I misunderstood the way Quidco works ?
Thanks for reading.

Hi,
Exactly the same has happened to me.
I took out cover in August. I too spent over £ 99 and at that time the cashback was £ 42. It tracked at only £ 19 and then the cashback has since been declined.
I've yet to submit a support ticket. It's not uncommon for rates to track at different rates apparently and then revert to what it should've been in the first instance.
I've never had to submit a ticket before so I hope in doing so we'll both be lucky.

Our insurance was with kwickfit, it was also declined. Raised a ticked for them yo claim cashback had gone elsewhere which is not possible. So no longer use Quidco.Barclaycard 3800

Thanks for that info.
My account's set to receive BACS payments and, I've been a member for over 4 years.
Have never had a declined situation before so I do hope that this will be overturned.
My cashback's gone from tracked to declined. No mention of validation.
I'm now wondering if it's because I'm paying monthly as the OP too.July £10 a day challenge £ 20.05 / £ 1550 -
