Employment and Support Allowance declined claims

Does anyone know what the declined claims rates are for Employment and Support Allowance? I believe it was around 40% of all Incapacity Benefit claims that were declined and it's worse for ESA apparently. Does anyone know the payout rates? It sounds that they may be similar to Payment protection Insurance?
Thanks

the waters are muddied by the fact that many appeal successfully
i dont see where a comparison to PPI is relevant as most of it was mis-sold0 -
What do you mean by payout rates?
