    Probably best to agree just what is going to be left or not, maybe an inventory would be a good idea.

    House we bought had a large fully tiled bathroom, apart from behind a small wooden bathroom cabinet...... yes.....youve guessed right! The owners took it with them leaving a gap in the tiling! The tiles were awful, but it was still a thoughtless thing to do!

    I think sometimes, people panic when they think about the size of the mortgage they are taking on, and then start thinking about where they can save money, for example, by taking the lightbulbs .... yes, they did that too!

    Best of luck with your move though, they say it is one of the most stressful things you can do, its up there with bereavement and divorce, so ... relax, drink wine and eat chocolate.
