My mate got ripped off by this seller, has put in a claim but was told by ebay theres nothing they can do as he paid by postal order.
Anything we can do? she has plenty of negs and loads more mutually withdrawn feedbacks.
Can I report as a suspected scammer or not?
see these 2 items.. 270024350736 & 200033103273
Help!
Thanks in advance

in what way did she get ripped off, was it a copy item or not item recieved?0
-
Well she's put her mobile number on the car she's selling so.......0
-
bought some items that werent as described - supposed to be silver, werent hallmarked, she said they were in the listings. I cant see the listings as they are all private.0

judging by the last 30 days turnover, and the current items she's bidding on, I really don't think she will do much for your friend. Well over eight grand in the last month sold by her:eek:
She obviously doesn't give a hoot about negative feedback, and is truely rude if any is left. All the stuff she sells is on Private.
Might just be one to put down to experience

So......bearing in mind the bad feedback etc etc she has...........why did your friend even consider buying from this seller?
I fail to see how you can report them as a scammer.....and the police wouldn't be interested. Looks like your friend will have to put this one down to experience...... :-(

Just checked her feedback etc on goofbay:eek: I wouldn't touch her with a bargepole and just incase might add her to my list of people to avoid.

Probably best to get your friend to join MSE!! Then he can load up on all the excellent free advice on the forum.
There again.......it doesn't ( imho ) take a genius to realise that when something says " Negative feedback" it's never good!
Hopefully your friend hasn't lost out too much.....at least now he knows where to come for the inside track!
