Please forgive me for being thick but i always struggle with IT stuff.
I have now downloaded Microsoft Office 2010 (for Excel purposes) twice and its taken nearly 8 hours each time but I can't seem to find it.
Can anyone help please? I am obviously doing something wrong.
Thanks

IE stands for Internet Explorer. However if you are just downloading MS Office on a trial basis and not buying it, you would probably be better off downloading Open Office (www.openoffice.org) as the entire office suite is there but completely FREE you can save in MicroSoft Office format as well.
Complete moneysaving tip there, dont worry no charge lol0 -
Doh - God I'm so thick - of course it does. It was in the Internet Explorer - still can't find this but will do what you suggest. Thank you all.0

IE asks you where to save it , if you go back to the site and say download again, then save it will open the folder where you saved it. Note where it goes then cancel the download.4.8kWp 12x400W Longhi 9.6 kWh battery Giv-hy 5.0 Inverter, WSW facing Essex . I'm a complete nerd, and I've set up a dedicated folder for downloads on my PC called, strangely enough, Downloads.
I use Firefox and have configured it to save downloaded files into that directory in the Downloads section of the General tab in the Options box that you can access from the Tools menu.
IE can also be set up the same way, I think, but I've not set mine up correctly (I think) as it always asks me where to save the file.0 -
Thanks MonthballsWallet (love the name!) I'm really no good with computers etc but am really trying!0
