Gift vouchers purchased with credit card

I purchased £100 worth of gift vouchers on my credit card, to spend at a beauty spa retreat. Since I have purchased the gift vouchers, the spa has gone in to administration, so the gift vouchers can no longer be spent. Would I be able to get the money back for the gift vouchers as they were bought on my credit card?

Yes, it should be covered (I'm assuming you bought £100 in one go).

As long as you haven't got the goods you were supposed to get or that you can't use it you should be fine.
They may ask you however evidence of correspondance or proof that you tried to contact them.
Give them a call and they should walk you through they will probably send you some forms you have to fill in.

What's the name of the beauty spa retreat that's gone into administration ?
