ukpc parking fine
My Mum and Dad were recently out shopping at a supermarket and were parked in a disabled park. When they came back to the car they found they had been given a ticket for not displaying a disabled badge. (My dad has 1 but had forgot to display it). where do they stand on paying this fine? I have never heard of anyone getting a ticket in a supermarket car park before and i have seen lots of people parking in disabled spaces and never display a badge. Any advice would be good Thanks.

It's not a fine. It's an invoice. An invoice that isn't worth the paper it's written on.
Just ignore...If it looks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, we have at least to consider the possibility that we have a small aquatic bird of the family anatidae on our hands

Don't pay it and don't contact them. Ignore all the threats of debt collectors etc you will get as it is just all scaremongering hot air.
They will also probably offer you a discount membership for Mobilise by paying the so called fine. DO NOT SUPPORT THESE BUNCH OF CON ARTISTS. Mobilise have a lot to answer for teaming up with PPC companies.0 -
Thanks, he gave me his card to pay it today and i thought i would look into it first, as i thought it was a load of rubbish.0
