Same here! DD wants Bindeez and Bendaroos and some Barbie Fashion set but not a clue what it is and I'm not going to push as a quick Google suggests £50+.
Have to admit I must be lucky as DD hasn't mentioned one thing in this thread but still gutted that all the bargains I've gotten aren't on her mind. I will make her want a gorgeous M&S woollen coat, a Lego sorting box, a plush Hello Kitty and a Biggest Littlest pet shop amongst other things!
i have to say im not convinced by the monster high dolls,my dh thinks they are awful, are we sure these are going to be big?0 -

Should we be buying monster high dolls now then if we see them? I suppose we could always sell them if our kids don't like them.
My daughter is 6 and I know if she sees them on tv in October she'll want them. does anyone know what channel it'll be shown on please?
I have 3 ordered from argos. Better to be prepared I suppose!! Not doing the hamster thing againA small Thank You can make a BIG difference0 -

.....when i started looking for them, after seeing them in argos and thinking "i want one",i was amazed at the amount of interest in these in the US..they have a cult following..but if they are not to your daughter taste then ebay them...in the last two days there have been dozens of listings, thanks to argos getting them back in,but once these sell,if they are not in demand by the masses then they still have a cult following so you will be able to sell it on..2 of the dolls have been like golddust for the last 2 months,so if you get the chance go for lagoona or clawdeen they are the hardest to get xxx.......Pete Doherty and a tub of nutella nom nom0 -

interesting that a couple of people have said that Clawdeen and Lagoona are the hardest to get. I got a doll from 2 different argos stores and at each one I was given a choice of only these two. Maybe the other 2 are more popular in the NE:snow_laug Maximouse loves the build up to Christmas :santa2:0

I recon Dave the Funky Monkey might be a late call on kids lists.
I now see they do fighting Kung Zhu Hamsters hampsters - not going anywhere near hamsters again this xmas!!
Spotted Dave the Funky Monkey in Wilko's yesterday for £18.75. Don't know how much Hawkins was selling for but Play.com was £24.99
Hope this helps0 -
If anyone is finding things they want in different Argos but are spending the £50/£100 in total that day, then in the 2nd Argos take what you have bought from the other Argos and go to CS desk with your receipt and they will then give you the voucher. I got a chatimals and monster high doll in one (£27 ish) and the same in another (total £54 ish) and they gave me a £5 voucher when I showed them the receipt.Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)
