I noticed that too. It seems they only have a small selection available for home delivery, and while I do have a local store it's about 6 miles away, so not really worth it!

Eek  You make me feel bad complaining about my measly 6 miles! :D It's a shame, from what I can see they don't offer delivery on most of their products and they don't have a great many stores to collect from either.

Just in case you hadn't seen, Toys R'Us will be getting more Lotso stock in mid-November so may be worth checking back there- I know it's leaving it a bit late though.

What age is the monster high school stuff aimed at? DD is 10. Also when does the series start in the UK, will it be on a channel we can get with freeview or not? At the moment she hasn't heard of them but would like ot be prepared for when she does, lol.

They're advertised as age 6 and up but their arms and legs pop off (to get their clothes on and off easily) so a lot of parents don't think they're suitable for littleys. They're aimed at tweens so she may well like them. Funnily enough the main age group buying them seem to be adult fans of monster movies and alternative dolls collectors (including myself... *cough*)

I haven't heard of it coming to UK TV, but you can watch the cartoons on their website or YouTube.

I'd give them a ring first, check if they've got them in stock before you go so you don't have a wasted journey! Hope you find one anyway! :)

Anyone, got any ideas what I can get for my 12 year old son! Really struggling this year, all he wants to do is play PS3 games and I don't wanna just get him that! Got some Star Wars lego, but nothing else yet and will have to give lists to grand parents and aunts and uncles soon.

    :j

Gross Magic is a good set and how about the science experiments, there are some in the Argos catalogue that look fab.
I have bought Hexbug Nanos, but I think they are just a small stocking filler present, another good stocking filler is the Adictaball, I bought one in the school hols and we all had fun trying to beat one another to see who could get the furthest. I have also picked up a CSI Finger Print kit from Home Bargains today £1.99 fab stocking filler!!
How about a Magazine Subscription, a model making kit, MP3 player, football kit, Paper Jam guitars/ drums are also popular but again novelty may wear off quick! How about a proper guitar or set of drums!!! Skateboard, roller blades, it's hard when you dont know the child!!! I'm sure you will get a list together - have a look through the agos catalogue, that will give you some ideas!!
To be in your child's memories tomorrow, be in their life today.
