I am going to pick up Lots'o tomorrow, so excited :D lol think i will enjoy him more than my almost 4 year old. My 5 year old isn't interested in toy story, just ben 10.. and so far thats all their presents consist of.. ben 10 or toy story.. my youngest boy is 1 next week and likes anything really so he is easy enough.

Just wish i had someone to buy the monster high dolls for.. my nieces are either too old or too young.

Lol - I can relate to that. My 4 (soon to be 5) year old is ben 10 mad!! The vast majority of his presents are ben 10 this year. Was really pleased to get the new ultimate alien car for £19.99 with the Smyths £5 off offer voucher (I needed to get a few other bits so got free delivery). I so want him to be into toy story as I love the toys, but he is just not in to it at all!

My 9 year old niece told me today that she would love a monster high doll for Christmas. Thought I would have a nightmare trying to find one as not near to Smyths (were they seem to have loads of stock!). Managed to reserve the last one from our local argos for collection tomorrow! All the kids are now sorted..........now if only the adults were as straight forward.....!!! :rotfl:

I finally found some of these on the entertainer website, I didnt have a clue which one to get so I ordered 3 into store, jewel, sparkles, spot splatter and pillow featherhead (says featherbed on the site too lol)...just waiting for the email to collect them from the store...which one (or two should I go for?) I havnt a clue!! I think dd will like jewel sparkles and I like the spot splatter as it has blonde hair like my daughter, but featherhead is cute tooo arrgghh at least you have taken out peanut big top for me!!...Im actually considering buying 3 of them and when aunts ask what to get say its from one of them!

Jewel Sparkles is so pretty and a proper little princess imo, Spot Splatter is so cute and Pillow is adorable .. you're going to struggle ! I originally bought Pillow for my little one and got a cheap wooden bed from Ikea which I painted pink to match her so she can go to bed next to my little girl but then when I found Jewel I ended up buying her and then Spot ... I have done what you suggested, aunts, etc are buying them for her. I've even bought a couple of costumes which look so cute too ! My daughter is between having a baby doll and a grown up doll so I thought these were perfect. Have fun deciding :)

Can anyone help me with this - looking for a bit of advice between Nintendo Ds Lite and a Leapster Explorer for our 3 yr old daughter. I thought she was a bit young for games but since i got my Iphone 4 she hasnt put it down and now has more apps than me!! She loves all the disney apps and the painting and drawing ones. I was leaning towards the Leapster Explorer but my DH thinks we should get her the DS Lite as she would get more use from it. We cant agree. can anyone recommend what would be best for her age group? Thanks

Hi, My DD has a DSi and an IPod Touch - and since getting her Ipod (about £135 in Argos) she has not touched her DSi. My DH has downloaded her hundreds of songs and lots and lots of movies so as well as playing games, going onto the internet, emailing her friends she can also watch her favourite movies and listen to music - and they are pretty similar in price - I am going to sell her DSi as she says she doesnt need it anymore.....She is 5.........

For thousands of people this Christmas, their must-have gift is far more vital than the latest gadget or toy – it’s blood. Please don’t let the festivities and cold weather prevent you from giving them the ultimate gift… give blood.

    Good morning all, judging by all on this thread. The must have toy's and hard too find toy's, are as follows, not in any particular order;
    Lots o Huggin Bear
    Stinky The Garbage Truck
    Bullseye Interactive
    Monster High Dolls
    Buzz Lightyear
    Chatimals
    Lalaloopsy Dolls (bitty buttons)
    Paper Jamz Guitar
    Dave the Funky Monkey
    Ben and hollys castle
    Various Lego
Please add to list if you can think of anything else.
Thought it may be interesting too compare against what all the experts predict. Also thought it may help all the newbies, with ideas and help them search for the items that will get harder too find as it gets closer to christmas.
