Well I just Notice the following contidito:
" available to our mortgage and investment customers"

In term of investment is there any minimum requirement let say I am using ISA Stock/Share allowance to buy investment value £500.00 and later I sell it back or close the invesment.
Is it possible to do so and we still get the benefit of free withdrawal from Santander ZERO as long as I keepp my current a/c open ????

    Thank you

Dear Toe_jam and Sinax and all

Thank you for reply. I just read from the link you have provided

-Withdrawal from a cash machine or bank abroad: Free
-Currency conversion for using your Visa debit card abroad or online in a currency other than sterling: Free
-Buying goods and services abroad (not cash withdrawals) and in a currency other than sterling: Free

I wonder why some people in this forum miss this opportunity. A lot of people in other threads are talking about replacing their NW flexi account. Some suggestion is Metro Bank ehcih can only be opoend in Brach in Lodon or Cumberland BS which only available for local people to barch.

Why do not they just open this Santander Zero Account ???
Also I ahve nit seen in the Martin Guide mention about this a/c. I know Sanatander Sero credit card but not credit card.

Is there any snatch here that prenvent people of doing so. thank you again in adavce for your reply.

You only keep the Zero account for as long as you meet the criteria, they check every month. and if you become ineligible they will convert it to a Preferred in Credit bank account.

I do not have mortgae so my only option is to invest on Share.
Is there any minimum value of investment to qualify for Santander Zero, as I could use my stock/sharea ISA allowance to prevent tax.

the minimum investment is £25 a month, or £500 lump sum into a stocks and shares isa. and its not a guaranteed investment.

The minimum guaranteed growth investment is £1000

I asked them what would happen if an associated mortgage was paid off, they said I would keep the Zero account. Of course, it's Santander so anything is possible.
