    thanks op - am going to try this - can make delish caramel squares but the presentation of cracked chocolate lets me down !!

    I use my pizza cutter - there's no dragging on the cake that way. Good for cutting flapjacks too.

    big tray of caramel squares and one of 'no bake' tray bakes. Scored them using a long ruler while chocolate soft and then cut through when properly set - best looking tray bakes i have managed yet :) .... of course they will taste as delish as always!!

    I use a ruler to measure mine into 2"x2" squares. My DH laughs at me - he'd just take a knife and hack off a huge chunk if I didn't cut them myself. And he wonders why he has a weight problem ;)
