Hi
My other half would like to put his financial work accounts online to be accessed by both of us at different locations. He's asked me to see if I can find out what site/company would be best to host this (safest/most reliable).
Has anyone had any experience of this who recommend something to me? Do companies charge for this?
Hope this is in the correct forum. Any advice would be much appreciated.
Apologies if this doesn't make sense as I'm not really sure what I'm talking about.

it is much simpler than it sounds, if you watch this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7QmCUDHpNzE (it's an old vid and the interface is a little different now but the functionality is exactly the same) you should get the gist of it.
if you dont want to install the app you can just use the web interface by logging onto the site (everything is in the cloud), another option is windows live sky drive which gives you 25GB but a limit of 50MB per file and is also in the cloud.
you can also each have your own dropbox account and set up a sharing folder if you dont want to have one account and you both use the same password.0
