Yes, there are several ways to do what you wish, one is to download and install autopatcher, the other which is a little easier is click on start, control panel, User accounts, and look at the options from there, such as change the way users logon and off.
or this way, click start click run and copy and paste these words into the run dialog box exactly as I have written them control userpasswords2
you will get a popup that will show the way users logon and off un tick the top box, "users must enter a user name and password, then at the bottom click apply.
