Tips needed on setting up an Ebay Business

Hi there i found the producs i want to sell and suppliers for them. I am going today or tomorrow to find out cost of the products. Any advice or tips on setting an ebay business?

The Unfair Trading Act 2008 covers a lot of issues to do with the buyer-seller relationship here: http://www.oft.gov.uk/shared_oft/business_leaflets/general/oft1008.pdf

The Sale of Goods Act 1979 (SOGA) is also a good one to make sure you understand as it covers everything not covered by the DSRs. I don't have a bookmark to the guidelines or the actual legislation but perhaps someone else has that saved.

Thanks for that. Cany any help me with making my ebay shop look nice, logos just need advice. Also best options in terms of posting items and just maybe point into the direction of some good links.
