Mini break to see Blackpool lights

My elderly mother in law has expressed a desire to go to see the Blackpool lights and my wife will accompany her. Mother in law is very lame, almost needs a wheelchair. We are looking for a coach travel company who will pick them up in Harrogate, transport them safely to Blackpool, put them up in a comfortable hotel for a couple of nights and arrange for them to see the lights.
I have no experience of making such arrangements.
Any suggestions?
Thanks
Mike
