Claire, the earrings are fab! I think it's better having them on the same pages as the rest is a good idea as they'd be more of an impulse buy for me.

Well, I've done a fair bit of writing today and organised a folder for keeping up to date with competitions. Off to do a bit more after checking the rest of the forums x

Evening all....just got back from my art class and DD2 tells me that we've no hot water and no heating - gaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhh.

The hot water tank is stone cold although the pump sounds as though it's working? It's too cold for a cold shower...brrrrrrrrr.

Can manage without the heating, but not without hot water.

    Any ideas - please??

is it actually switched on? is it the type with it's own switch on the wall? Does the switch has it's own fuse?

What kind of bolier is it?

Could it be an air lock?

Could the timer be on the wrong time? (have you had a power cut that sodded it up?)

Thanks Claire, Scaredy and Buffy.....think I might have sorted it. The boiler light was out (not sure why I thought to check that) so have re-lit it and hopefully we can all have a lovely warm shower tomorrow!!

Whew.....was not looking forward to a cold shower!

I'm off to bed now, I changed my bed earlier and put my new thermal flannellette sheets on :) the only thing is the bottom is a flat not a fitted, so I might go and find 2 fitted sheetsa then i'll have 2 sets ;)
