If the very worst came to the worst, they can only threaten to take the DRIVER to court, as long as you didnt tell them who was driving they couldnt issue a summons.
I know what your saying. When i do get their letter should i reply and say it wasnt me driving? Trouble would occur if i was still taken to court and a judge asked me was i driving?0 -

Having had a couple of days to think about it all and having read everybodies helpful advice i have decided to completely ignore all correspondance.
If the worst does happen and i receive official court papers who would you recommend to discuss my defence?
Once again thanks to everybody for their brilliant advice.0 -
What defence?
You have nothing to defend legally.
Morally it is a different story....0 -

You don't need to discuss your 'defence' at this early stage but there are posters on pepipoo who could help in the end if you actually got Court papers. Why do you want to see a defence right now?
As long as you are a genuine victim of UKCPS and not related to Peter Haswell (? if you are for real then your timing is unfortunate and we don't get many posters saying they parked in a disabled bay without being disabled, and asking upfront about a Court defence)... then you might get good advice over there in due course.
No point yet, you have some letters from bullies to ignore and that may be that.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Ive made an error of judgement, one of which i will learn from. Everybody in life makes mistakes disabled or not. I really dont mean to offend anybody with what i have done.
Thanks for all the positive comments.
