Is there a decent all in one price comparison site?
Hey guys,
Will more than likely be doing very regular Gloucester -> London trips from now on (and my gf vice versa) and was wondering if there's a site that'll compare absolutely all the different companies and ways to get there (megabus, national express, national rail and whatever else does it) just as a nice list of departure times, journey times and costs?
I don't really mind how I go, and don't want to limit myself to just picking one over the other (ie megabus cos it's cheaper or train cos it's faster) and it'd be nice to see all of the options available at a glance you know?
Ty!

I'll stick my neck out and say...
No, there is no such site.0 -
Ahhh, fair enough - thank you! Bit of a shame as there could be options I've overlooked, and it is kinda hard to keep cross referencing different sites anyway!
Think I'll mix it up a bit too and try different things, so the train, megabus, national express or whatever and see which I prefer overall (ie if the train is super quick and a nicer, I'll go with that!)

To find out which providers' websites you should visit, i.e. who runs services on the route, the transportdirect website should help. You can then visit your favourite rail site plus appropriate coach sites to find prices without visiting those who do not run the route or only run it at unsuitable times.
On the other hand, you are probably only looking at the train plus the two coach brands you mention.0 -
Thanks disc - cool site and it's nice to have some sort of semi confirmation that the three places I'm looking at are the best (only?) options available! Will just keep an eye on them, try each one and go from there.0
