New child dla claim.

I have just sent in my form for child dla, does anyone have any idea how long it takes to get sorted? I got it years ago for my son but for life of me cant remember how long it took.

for my son had a decision in 7 weeks saying they cant award it so i asked them too look into it again said it could take another 11 weeks fri i had another decision saying my son has been awarded so from july the 2nd til now its been 12 weeks0

I asked for a review in early January it took untill April (12 wks) to sort out. Which, I believe is the norm these days.Beth
