    Evening everyone :)

A very belated Happy New Year to you all.

January is my busiest month at work and what with the long hours, I've not had a chance to even pop by MSE!!
  • Hi,

I would be grateful for advice even though I don't think I'm using this forum properly but can't work out how to post!
I cancelled my gym membership, by writing to the co. It was in my agreement I could cancel if I moved so far from the gym.
They say they didn't receive that letter when I rang them after I received a letter from
Credit Resolution Services at work saying that my debt was £185 but was now £285 as they were adding on £100.
I said i would pay off by DD as I didn't want anyone turning up at my work as they threatened.
To set the DD they have charged £15
and I have to pay £2.50 every time I make a DD Payment, making my debt now about £350.
The first DD is due to leave my account this week.
At the very least I don't want to pay any of these extra charges. P

Hi all, I know it isn't a money saving thing, but when I read an article today about an Albino African Hedgehog called Mini Hog that lives under its owners Aga and comes out at night to play with the terriers. I decided I want one.

I used to have a pet hedgehog when I was a nipper, It was only a baby when I found it. I thought at first it was giant sized sticky bud. I called it Haslet and had it for nearly 3 years.

Now all I have to do is start saving up. Cute or what :)

    Cheers all, Handy.:D

Evening All, nice to see lots of people around.

Erme not sure about how to tackle the spelling of your name thing. Lots of people call me Trixy or Trixie on threads, I think they just scan read and see what they expect. I don't bother to correct them though.

Maybe we can make Feb 11 a new bonfire night - I'm sure lots of people will be happy to burn effigies.....
