Handy, I think Geebee [STRIKE]stole[/STRIKE] secured the key to Red's cellar many moons ago. Despite his best efforts!

I'm off to make a hot water bottle! Brrrrrrrrr!

  • Hi Nicca, I remember well how cold it gets in your City.:eek::eek:

If I was to fill a hot water bottle tonight, it would have to be filled with antifreeze [STRIKE]Scotch[/STRIKE]. When Mrs Handy was the warden of an old folks sheltered housing scheme there was one old girl who was ordered by the doc's to stop drinking. No one could find where she was hiding it, though in her flat were dozens of empty bottles. Eventually Mrs H found she was hiding it in her Hot Water Bottle.:D Personally I prefer a Hip Flask.

How's the Dogglies. Looks like we are having 10 dogglies and 13 humans for Crimbo. ( I'm going Veggie ):D

I'm more worried about the humans fighting and Peeing on the carpets than the Dogs.

    It will be interesting.
    Cheers for now, Handy.:D

  • Brrrrr. Good Morning All. No snow in Scrumpy Land, just lots of Frost and Ice. For those who have to drive this morning, take care. It will be slippy out there.

    Back later for bumping duties.
    Cheers all, Handy. :D

Quick bump up from Erme - fish please pray re the stuff below

Anyhow veg day today cos Ma is seriously stressing me out and it's making my symptoms flare up (not that she notices) so won't rant on here...will just have a nice day to be nice to myself pottering round house etc due to the snow cos I'm scared of 2 weeks chronic acute stress getting worse and like causing another psych admission like it did in the summer which I can really do without right now...

Ma basically has an undiagnosed Personality Disorder which causes very immature emotional behaviours and reasoning. She is unable to contemplate anything or anyone not directly affecting her wee bubble.. The grass is always greener etc etc. She moans a lot and when she's not moaning she's jealous that I am content and happy. If I complain or get upset then I am in the wrong (she just projected all that back onto me first thing ) for ranting etc. My twin sister has nothing to do with me due to my disability and that's okay - that's just H (not)...She has been snubbing everything I've been doing this week (basically things she finds difficult and I've found easy ways to do them) and then trying to control me..it's been a difficult week. Just cos she won't try new stuff. I didn't bother telling her how chuffed I was with my SOS tomato and bean soup last night - it would only have caused another negative reaction...no point.. The whole snubbing makes me feel rejected and like nothing is good enough and we have nothing in common...Sad

I'd be excited about the 10 dogglies Handy... the 13 humans not so much :D. I hope they are house trained (the humans!)

The dogglies are good. The wee one is very mischievous now and gets bored quickly as she doesn't get as long walks in this weather. One of mum's work shoes now has a strap missing. And I don't think Dad's had an intact pair of slippers since she arrived :D.
