**Notice To Newcomers ~ Re: Trolls ~ part 9!**

Over the last few weeks we have had a number of "troll" attacks on the boards.
What is a Troll?
A troll is a person that posts deliberately provocative, nasty or hurtful comments on threads. They may be a person with no previous connection to the board or someone that has created a pseudonym to get their point made. If you should get such a comment made on any thread you post, asking for help and advice, please realise this comment is not directed at you personally so please ignore these nasty comments and continue to post here as normal because the majority of us really are a lovely bunch – ooops, modesty!
What should I do if I get a comment made on my thread?
Firstly do not respond to the comment as this is invariably what the troll wants. So to get rid of the offending post, at the bottom of the post towards the right hand side you’ll see a red "Warning" triangle within a blue “Abuse” icon, as shown below:
Click the icon and then "send" the message which will inform the abuse team of the post, who will then review its content and deal with it as appropriate; sometimes even deleting the troll by making their status PPR’d (Posting Privileges Removed). Remember, this site is an asset to so many people, especially those that feels like their world is falling in around them. There is a wealth of knowledgeable people here all willing to help, whatever you do, do not let the comments of one silly individual deter you from availing yourself of the knowledge base that is on offer here.PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE THE FORUM
It is testament to the work that Martin has done and continues to do that so many people give their time, knowledge and experience freely to others; without judgement, to lift people out of the depths of their debt crisis
PLEASE DO NOT LET THE ACTIONS OF THE MINORITY RUIN THAT
Welcome to the forum all, please read the message above and don't be put off by any negative posts you might see - the vast majority of people on here are supportive and helpful.0 -

Good Evening All. It's warmed up a bit now. Another cold start, it looked positively Artic this morning. Still after moving two tons of Logs for Lady H, I was warm enough.
The wood burner has been on for two whole days now, problem is when I come in for a cuppa and a warm I start to nod off.
Off to print some photo's now, back in a while. regards to all,

Hi Everyone,
Hope you are all well and have had a good day. It was the 2nd time this year that I've had to scrape the ice from the car in the morning, it is actually very rare to have to do this in London, sometimes we get through the whole winter without having to do it at all. The parks do look lovely though when they're all covered with frost and it was quite foggy too, makes you feel all Christmassy.
Had a problem with my bank and I think their service has been appalling. On Friday I deposited some cash into the paying in machine in b*rclays and expected it to be in my account at the close that day. It wasn't so I had to wait until Monday to pay a bill I wanted to pay. Monday came and it still wasn't there, I had to go to the branch, which is about 5 miles from me and they informed me they had a problem with their system on Friday. To cut a long story short, it is still not there and I have been unable to access any money from my account. I think this is outrageous so I complained and was told the manager from the branch would ring me back, but he didn't and I still have no money. I had to borrow some money from a friend to put onto my gas card as we had no heating. The thing is they can't even say when it will be done so basically I don't know when I will be able to draw money from my account. Excellent customer service (not).
Rant over:o:DI must stop procrastinating, I must stop procrastinating! promise I'll stop tomorrow OK:D
