Hi
I am new on here and we need some help, we are off to the US is 2 weeks and still need to book a hotel in LA for 3 nights. We were wondering if anyone, could recommend a mid price hotel that we could use as a base for sight seeing, we will have a car.
Many thanks

LA is huge, you need to give some indication of what you want to see there, it is a 50 mile ride from one side to the other!0

Hi Alan
I guess you are correct, I should have narrowed it down at bit. We are wanting to visit Universal studios, Hollywood sign, Hollywood Boulevard, Sunset strip and maybe the beaches around Santa Monica.
I would be grateful for any assistance.0 -
What do you class as mid price?Gone ... or have I?0

We have recently got into booking B&B's when we visit the US and have stayed in some relatively cheap but really nice places and a much more personal service. Recently booked for LA, but unfortunately left it a bit late, going 9th October, so have settled on an apartment. Check out tripadvisors B&B reviews, they've never failed us yet!0

A hotel I can suggest would be the Comfort Inn Sunset Strip
