So what sort of thing do the two of you like and when are you planning to go ?

Bath or York are good for city breaks...

I believe Lincoln has a Christmas market ?

If you just want two nights, try the Holiday Inn 2-4-1 deal

Thought about joining the YHA? You have to pay for membership and sleep usually in bunks but they have some great
accommodation aroung the country as well as abroad for very reasonable prices.
  • Scarborough is always a great place to visit and popular with Uk holiday makers, there's also great deals at some hotels such as the English Rose Hotels chain.

here's the website they have quite a few classy hotels and a few cheaper ones, but they all have some great especially the Autumn / Winter pre sale.

I'm from Scarborough and would recommend it to anybody beautiful coastline, historical town and a youthful atmosphere with some great night life. Perfect for a getaway in the UK.
