                    Hello all
Need some help
I have a small enclosure between the kitchen and hallway where the boiler and washing machine is placed. it's a L shaped against the outer wall of the property. it's a single layer of bricks so i don't think it is a support wall.
Can you please advise how much removing this wall will cost and maybe recommend a good builder to do the work or advise if i can do the work myself? if i go with the latter, would that effect my home insurance?
I live in the south east for builder recommendations
Thanks

as long as youre 100% happy that the wall is non load bearing, then just knock the thing down.
no real skill required. but common sense helps a lot.
if your plastering skills are a bit vague then just get a plasterer in to make good.Get some gorm.0
