revising listing

Can anyone help regarding revising a listing? oh put some books on ebay for me last night but i want to add some things to the title and description. When I have done this in the past, I just clicked on revise listing and edited title etc. However, on one of the listings this option isn't there!! How do i revise my title?

Is there a bid on that listing? To my knowledge if the item has had a bid(s), the bidder(s) needs to be informed of the change and then he/she can retract this bid if there is a change to the original information. Ahh that explains it, yes there is a bid on it. I will just leave it then and just make sure oh knows what to put next time.

you can change the item description if the item has a bid on it!
it just adds it to the bottom of the description and says
'on 02/10/2006 the seller added the following info etc'
but no i dont think you can change the title and things!0
