Tesco Culbcard Credit Card vs TSB Airmiles Duo

Hello!
I am presently holding TSB Airmiles Duo credit card which gives me Airmiles. Now Tesco has come out with Clubcard Credit card which gives clubcard points for purchases outside Tesco store which can be used for echanging to Airmiles.
Does anyone know which card will give more Airmiles? Using Tesco card or TSB Airmiles Duo?
