i am an old man, over 75 years old, i have a disable/blue badge and purble, i parked my car in a pay and display bay, as i can park it with my purble badge, after coming back from hospital at the emergency, when i came back home i did forgot to display my badge and i did not came out from home for 2 days, and i had received 2 penalty notice, i had written for them as appealed and they written for me back refusing it, and i have to pay 40 pounds for each, is one there advice me any other i can challenge,,,or what does the law say about helping for the elderley people...

Can I ask if this from a council or private parking company ?Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
