I've been so blumming stupid- pre-payment electricity meter

Seeing as it is a visual inspection that is required, not a technical inspection that meets the requirements.
A visual inspection will not pick up if the meter reading has stuck, or if a prepayment meter is acting as a free flowig meter.
"It's ok, it fell off the back of a lorry, that's not stealing."
The Data Collector has the ability to flag all sorts of faults & irregularities via the reading. Stopped meters, timeswitch faults, faulty meters, tampering, negative consumptions, etc...so they can.
Whilst the reading cannot see this, the deprogrammers can as they have a reading history to look at.:rotfl: It's better to live 1 year as a tiger than a lifetime as a worm...but then, whoever heard of a wormskin rug!!!:rotfl:0
