Quesion about Barclaycard cash spending - high APR

Hi. Before I managed to get a job and started my debt free plan, I'm afraid I drew out cash on my Barclaycard. I've realised that this is a massive APR of 27.9%

I can't find the terms and conditions to see which will be paid off first, the payments made with the card or the cash.

Obviously I would want to pay off the cash first as it's my most expensive debt, so if you know any tricks that would be cool.

Comments

  • Barclaycard have not yet changed their payment order, so the cash balance will be paid off last I'm afraid.

The only tip I can offer is to pay it off as fast as you can.
  • Ah drat. Thanks anyway. I might be able to transfer some of it to my A&L card if they go for the idea once this is unblocked.
