Hi,
Just trying to get some advice about a upcoming holiday with Virgin.
I have booked to go to Florida in November and have contacted Virgin to add on theme park tickets for universal studios.
Upon receiving the invoice it is showing as...

2 Universal 2 Park Bonus Ticket @ £0.00

Total £152

So on the invoice they are showing the tickets at £0.00 and the price of £152 has just been added on to the total.

I have asked for a invoice showing a price and have just been told its a website error and i should just pay.
What's the opinion on here? Pay up or wait for a invoice showing what I am paying for and not one showing £0.00!

in my experience of vhols the customer service dept are not the best i think in india or smewhere like that as they struggle to understand what you are on about.
what i would do is phone the sales line as they are uk based and can understand better,i have done this in the past when trying to sort out minor issues.
