Help for contacting Northern Rock

Hi, hoping someone can help. My mum has had her credit cards stolen, I've managed to find the contact details for all of her card providers except Northern Rock, can't find anything on their website or on the net. Does anybody know how I can contact them to notify them that the cards have been stolen.

If that does not work call the co-op bank lost and stolen line as I beleive they are the card issuer.

Thanks, I tried that number Clairebear but all you get is someone saying test and then it goes blank... She has managed to find an old statement that managed to escape the shredder and they have listed a number on the back so she has managed to call and get it cancelled, phew.

Even the number for TSB on their own website is incorrect as we had to find another one for that.
