I did very well yesterday, just 2.60 on some lentils and 0.50 on parking, which I guess counts at groceries, so perhaps not countable at all.

Today I bought flowers for a sick friend I am seeing later but they fall into the gifts category so perhaps not countable.

Mmmm, need to decide what spending is in this challenge or not.

    Have a nice day

  • I went to my Mark Ronson gig and it was Amazing. Thanks guys so much for helping me to decide to go. And I spent £3.20 while I was there (on one soft drink!) But well worth it to see a very good show. And I spent £2.65 yesterday posting a parcel to Australia.

Gien -It is tricky isn't it! I class my personal spending as anything I normally struggle to budget on! So I don't include petrol cause I always come under budget for that but I do include entertainment, gifts, clothes and toiletries and anything else not included elsewhere in the budget. But you can include whatever you want.

Hedgesparrow, that's a good idea. I struggle with little bits of food here and there, need to menu plan better, and also vending machine purchases and 'reduced' stuff. it's cheaper but if I don't really need it, is it a bargain???
