Guide for getting old transactions from A&L bank site

Hi,
I found a way to get my old transactions from my A&L online account, I used this to download into my finance software, so not limited to just the last 9 months.

This guide will be for intermediate users, if they are happy to install a different browser (Opera is required) they should be at a high enough level. This guide does not involve using 3rd party sites, it shouldn't be against any T&C, it worked today but would be easy to stop if the bank decide to stop it.

Am I allowed to post? Would a (techie) moderator want to see it first to ensure it's harmless, which is obvious from the method? Can I post it in the "Budget and Banking" forum or is there a more appropriate place?

Cheers

No hacking is breaking into a computer system. This just lets someone alter the options to load their old transactions. FYI: This is also legal
