I have sent some emails today, from my hotmail account but when I came to check what i'd sent and read it again it said the outbox was empty.....whats happened and were is my email? thanks! I need to read it again.....and check its status too!

Did you ask hotmail to save a copy of your sent items?
If not I think you wil have lost them forever.We all evolve - get on with it0 -
Your outbox only has items in it when they are waiting to be sent. You would need to ensure hotmail is enabled (as the above poster said) to save sent items.0

Exactly, you need to tick the box "Copy Message to Sent Folder" at the bottom of the message you send.0

I meant when i looked in my SENT box not OUTBOX.....sorry!! Ah yes I see now, I think probably I did not tick the option to save the message, probably because I have been mainly using outlook express and this hotmail was a facility I rarely use. ie I was thinking it operated just the same as outlook express. Thanks for the replies!0
