    I am almost sure Frizzel/Liverpool Victoria do not charge for engine mods, as long as they are not internal mechanical ones, please feel free to check though. This was the situation a couple of years ago when i took out a policy with them when Direct Line wanted an extra £75 per year when i fitted 18" OEM alloys to my Audi. I would always inform them anyway.

    I have been looking to chip my Golf, as long as i don't have to pay any extra on my insurance
