As per title, I'm looking for a decent desktop unit to mostly run standard office products and web browsing.
any delas out there? ideally, I'd like to keep the budget below £300
spec: 2GHz memory, 2Gig RAM, dual core processor..
any suggestions or spots?

If you want cheap then you might as well look at Currys Refurbished Desktops. Any of these would fit your requirements but none of them are really known as the most reliable of brands so you'd definitely need to buy an extra 2 years warranty package

However, my suggestion would be that you consider something like this:

With Win 7 Home Premium installed it costs £319 inc VAT Plus £3.99 delivery. An optional additional 2 year warranty is £30 inc VAT.
OR you could get the following from Ebuyer for £229.99 incl VAT but you'd also have to buy a copy of Win 7 (I'd suggest OEM) for about £75 and install it yourself.
