Glasses Crafter - nice website, good selection, good prices.
However, it reads "24/7 customer service" .... but there is zero customer service. There are zero contact details.
Also, we ordered a "premium case" for £2.50 extra. It turned out to be a rubbish zipped case, which is not only unattractive but too much hassle to use. I complained via Google Checkout (which I used to pay), but received no reply. Again, zero customer service.
The specs are good .... shipped from China ! So it took a while.
Also ordered another pair from a small operation in Cardiff (A1 Specs) - a more personal service and arrived next day ! Much better !
