Awkward Situation

I will take this to court one day, I can assure you of that. I will not the the Nationwide get away with this. But right now that is not an option.
The Nationwide knows exactly what my situation is, heck one of the branch staff even phoned me last year to advise me on my mothers condition as she had first hand knowledge of my mothers illness. But living in Northern Ireland, the Nationwide is the best of a bad bunch, the local banks take unreasonable charges to a whole new level!
I even threatened to go to the local press, the branch manager told me to do whatever I had to do. I think they are calling my bluff.
I think the best thing I can do is to just stop using the Nationwide and learn a lesson from all this. Big banks and building societies have major moral issues they really need to address.0 -

Why are you bluffing??? Do it!0 -
The Halifax saw I was on benefits for a while and refunded £120 in charges without my even asking, the branch manager was fantastic, go to the local press or move your account at the very least.0
