I've just had a call from the dealership, my car isn't actually ready - they haven't had the steering wheel aid fitted. So I'm keeping my old one for a few more days. On the bright side though, I get to use up the petrol I put in it the other day, and it's lower on the allowance so I get a few more days to keep the difference.
Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.

Don't think I am coming down with anything Claire - just ate too much probably! Glad your DH is helping out and well done on the weight loss.

Glad you are being postivie about the car Ames, I know how disappointed I was when I couldn't pick up my car on the day I was meant to, but it is good you can use the petrol up as you say - not cheap running a car is it?!

Enjoy the book Elfen and glad you have had your payment through.

OMG 9st, I dream of being that but know it won't happen for me!

Well front room done thoroughly and a bit of decluttering done as well. It is a space beside the settee that no one can see but I know I have done it and it feels good. There were loads of telephone directories and Argos catalogues there, and to be honest I never look at them because I just automatically go online if I need anything. The poor dustbin men will get a shock when they lift up the recycling bag though, it is really heavy!

My daughter has just got up (!) and is having a bath do I can't do the bathroom but had better go and do the kitchen. The washing is drying nicely on the line - I put it out in my pj's hoping that the neighbours wouldn't come out in the garden whilst I was out there!

  • I really wish I'd got to the washing machine first now, it's lovely and sunny here. :( I'll have to make sure I do it tomorrow.
