Hi all, Well the time is finally here! The contracts have been written up and are ready to sign for our first ever purchase!! I have been told the vendors have signed theirs and have sent it back to their solicitor ( they have moved to Oz ). My solicitor told me I would have to go in to sign our contract sometime next…

Yeh I was going to choose that service but £6 is pretty steep, especially with our expenses at the moment!!

Hopefully you are right GMS, and I will be a home owner by Friday - maybe even earlier!?
