Specific travel insurance cancellation cover

I was wondering if anyone knows of a company that provides cancellation cover for ANY reason, not just that you/travel partner are ill, recent family death, etc. I am planning an expensive trip next summer but may have to cancel at the last minute as, although unlikely, I could potentially have an exam during the dates I want to be away.
I'm sure this sort of cover wouldn't be cheap, but so far I can't seem to find anywhere that offers this sort of thing. Any help much appreciated!
