    Evening All,

Sorry I’m late posting….been really busy over the weekend!

Thanks for starting the thread Josiebabe
Romylou – I loved an idiot abroad, can’t wait for the next program
Picasso – well done on the lottery win
Fay – LOVE your multi-coloured list

So far this weekend I have

    Saturday
    • Breakfast and dinner from stores
    • Checked bank – moved small change over to savings account
    • Received my pay-slip in the post, worked out the budget for the month
    • Mum paid for lunch out
    • Bought a national rail card so saved money on mine and mums fares for our day in London (I save approx £9 each time I buy a ticket for mum and about £3 when I buy a ticket from Woking using my Network Rail card) – my train pass gets me as far as Woking (where I work)
    • Resisted the urge to buy a top in the Next sale
    • Didn’t buy a magazine or a coffee for the journey home – read free magazines from Wetherspoons
    • Cashed in lottery ticket for a round of coffee and cakes from a bakery (I know, but it was a treat)
    • Walked miles rather than getting the underground (not money saving as I had bought a Travelcard but it was nice to walk in the fresh air)
    • Stuck to a list in Sainsburys (mum paid for the groceries)

    Sunday
    • Had a lie in
    • Meals from stores
    • Counted up change jar (£40 for an anniversary party in 2012)
    • Spoke to friends on Facebook
    • Checked bank – no change
    • Worked out with mum how we can get the money for the roof (she is paying my bills and I am giving her cash)
    • Checked CCCS website for balance info
    • Had an afternoon nap
    • NSD
    • Made soup for work this week
    • Need to make a sandwich for tomorrow and make sure I have everything I need so there is no mucking around in the morning

Think that is about it, take care everyone
