Thanks everyone, at least it's all done now, I thik as they have only been rinning their business for a year they learnt alot from it too as I was quite demanding towards the end, understandibly I think... I remember at one point they tried to charge me 4 hours to put a shower screen in ('2 hours for a plumber and 2 for an electrician') I managed to not say 'what part of the screen has a water connection OR electrics... and instead said 'uhm that's too expensive' and a few days later he said 2 hours... £50 to install a £45 screen!
I have learnt alot...
